This CRM replaced a Seibel CRM system where the account/contact structure was not suitable for selling to schools. We designed it from the ground up for hierarchical accounts, such schools, districts and super districts. A robust system, it contains full sales order processing and integrates with MS Dynamics GP, and several other back-office applications.
