Log My Workouts

  • Select a workout that you want to log
  • Scroll to the bottom and select Log Workout.
  • A screen opens and confirms that you want to log your workout. Click “Yes”
  • You are taken to the logged workout.

Note: To edit the date and time of your workout log, select "Change Date & time"

There are 2 ways to log a workout.

  1. You can log BEFORE you start working out to use the Workout Timer. Your workout timer will
    record the times to your log.
  2. You can log AFTER working out if you do not need to use the workout timer.
