Log My Workouts
- Select a workout that you want to log
- Scroll to the bottom and select Log Workout.
- A screen opens and confirms that you want to log your workout. Click “Yes”
- You are taken to the logged workout.
Note: To edit the date and time of your workout log, select "Change Date & time"
There are 2 ways to log a workout.
- You can log BEFORE you start working out to use the Workout Timer. Your workout timer will
record the times to your log. - You can log AFTER working out if you do not need to use the workout timer.
