Create / copy workouts

Add Workouts

  • Select Workout icon.
  • Click “Add” button to add workouts. 

There are 3 ways to add workouts:

  • Select “Create New Workout” to create a new workout.
  • Select “Copy Workout Template” to create a copy of an existing workout
  • Select “Copy Logged Workout” to create a copy of an existing logged workout.

Create New Workout

  • Click “Create New Workout”
  • Enter Workout Name
  • Enter Workout Goal (optional)
  • Click Save
  • Once your workout is created, you can “Add Exercises” to your workout.

Copy Workout Template

  • Click “Copy Workout Template”
  • Select from list of workouts. This list shows every workout created for all GymRat profiles on your iPhone or iPod Touch
  • Once your workout is copied, edit exercises as appropriate.

Copy Logged Workout

  • Click “Copy Logged Workout”
  • Select from list of logged workouts. This list shows every logged workout for all GymRat profiles on your iPhone or iPod Touch
  • Once your workout is copied, edit exercises as appropriate.
